Driven by a passion to make healthcare accessible to all, Charlotta brings a decade of executive experience across private and public healthcare. She knows firsthand the challenges of the industry and what it takes to create solutions that truly make a difference—for both professionals and the clients they care for.
She served as CEO of the Nordics’ first online clinic (Min Doktor), and Sweden’s largest migraine clinic (Migränhjälpen). As the founder and CEO of Kind, she launched a global digital healthcare platform, and she also contributed as a board director at Prima Vård, one of Sweden’s largest primary care chains.
Carl
Carl’s tech expertise runs so deep it stretches back to the '90s! With tech leadership roles at TAT, Blackberry, and Crunchfish, he’s spent decades at the forefront of innovation.
A few years ago, he chose to dedicate his skills to the healthcare sector, driven by a passion for building technology that truly makes a difference. As CTO of US health tech company OpticSurg, he built secure systems for hospitals—experience he now brings to Joy, where data security and seamless usability are his top priorities.
Lina
Lina brings a spark of playfulness to Joy. She spent a decade at King, the creators of Candy Crush Saga, where she held roles like Head of Game, Studio COO, and Launch Producer. She learned to create experiences that truly connect with users, built on understanding what they need and enjoy most.
At Joy, she’s channeling that expertise into creating tools for healthcare professionals - tools thoughtfully designed to fit their unique workflows and priorities. For Lina, it’s about making these tools as intuitive and satisfying to use as the best games or apps.
